The peace at Prescott is cut short as the New Frontier arrive to seek revenge for the deaths of their group, with Francine as a hostage. The New Frontier, led by the aggressive Badger and the temperamental but reasonable Max, spew conflicting arguments with Javi and Clementine on who shot first, and they ultimately decide that Javi should be brought out to answer for their group's deaths. Whether or not Javi surrenders, a firefight ensues, with Francine among the casualties. Despite Max's reluctance, Badger orders the New Frontier to ram the gate with a truck filled with walkers. In the ensuing chaos, Javi manages to escape with Clementine, Kate, Gabe, Eleanor, Tripp and Conrad, while Prescott is overrun and its inhabitants killed by the walkers and the New Frontier.
It's another day on the Enterprise, and Kirk's acting like he had an extra helping of bitch flakes for breakfast. This becomes especially evident when he orders the ship to fly straight into Romulan space, a direct violation of the peace treaty. Of course, they soon find themselves surrounded by Romulan ships demanding their surrender. Kirk tries to B.S. the (female) Romulan commander (Joanne Linville) by saying it was all a big mistake due to equipment failure. Spock rats him out, saying it was deliberate, resulting in Kirk doing a passable impression of Achmed the Dead Terrorist. Bones comes aboard just in time to see Kirk attempt to carry out his threat, only to be thwarted by the Vulcan Death Grip (tm). \"You're dead, Jim!\"
But despite this bitter experience, Parker moves on at the conclusion of this case, studies engineering and ends up in military service eventually on the staff of Ulysses S. Grant during the Civil War. Many of you have probably seen him before, though, probably not as he's pictured here, but most of you have probably seen one of many depictions of Robert Lee surrender at Appomattox Court House, right And typically, if you look to the margins of any of those depictions at the table where they're actually drawing up the terms of Confederate surrender, that's where you'll see Eli Parker standing. He's the one who actually draws those up for Grant for Lee to sign.
Captain Kirk orders the Federation starship USS Enterprise into Romulan space without any authorization from Starfleet of which the bridge crew are aware. Romulan vessels intercept the Enterprise and Kirk negotiates an hour's time to consider surrendering his ship. Kirk, along with the Vulcan First Officer Spock are then invited aboard the Romulan flagship.
Meanwhile, Spock and the commander dine in her quarters, and their conversation grows intimate. When the commander goes to change her attire, Spock directs Kirk, via communicator, to the location of the cloaking device. His signal is discovered and tracked, and Spock surrenders himself to the Romulan officers, but they are too late to prevent Kirk from stealing the cloaking device and returning with it to the Enterprise.
Leela and Fry beat up Zapp Brannigan, steal a helicopter then fly to the negotiating hall. In the process Leela reveals her identity while Fry is amazed, Brannigan is merely pleased that his attraction to \"Lee Lemon\" was in fact heterosexual. Fry stops Bender from accidentally activating the bomb. Bender then threatens to activate the bomb in order to coerce the Brain Balls to surrender. The spheres surrender the planet, incidentally revealing that Spheron I is actually their home world, and then bounce into space and disappear. 59ce067264
